please include eye patches as a face accessory

Please include eye patches along side glasses with the new face accessory feature in Dawntrail.

It'd be semi-interesting to see them add, for example, false ears/horns for certain races to allow for 'halfbreed' RP. Like being able to use false Elezen ears on a Hyur, to be like Hilda

Aside of trying to look like other races, something I would really like to get is Au Ra's "extra horns" (the smaller spikes attached to various hairstyles) as an equippable piece so they can be kept consistent on an Au Ra character across other all-race hairstyles.

I wish they'd include not just 'glasses', but other similar items like goggles, that ARR mask, the fake moustache. Anything that goes directly on top of the face.

Wonder if they'll do a big batch of the already existing items, or they'll add them little by little like they do with the fashion accessory glasses. Which also makes me thing if those are going to be deleted, since technically they'll be redundant.

I assume they will be adding other face items, but yes, it will be interesting to know how they plan to handle the existing pieces that are either glasses or hats-with-glasses, particularly the ones that are actual equipment with stats. Move the appearance to the glasses slot and turn the gear piece into something else? Keep both?

I assume the ones that are currently fashion accessories will be transferred to the glasses category.

The only reason I don’t use helmets or hats is because my eyepatch is my priority glam piece. The few hats that have eyepatches have some dumb crap added to them like the teardrop jewel or an extra band across the face the wrong way. I can’t stand that, so this would be an easy fix for us eyepatch users to finally wear our favorite eyepatch with headgear.

I would Love to have Eyepatches added alongside glasses to the feature.

The Absolute dream would be to have eyepatches flip sides like a visor toggle, so you can choose which eye to have it on.
