The Moon is no longer accessible

Returning to FF14 to play the new main senario for patch 6.5 evrything was going A okay seens i have not hade any technical problems whit the game befor that. That however changed when i got to the quest ''Back to Action'' that have you go to the moon and there a problem happens as entering/loading in to the zone (or ultima thule) causes my game to get ''unexpected error 17'' get black screened and close the game.

I have in the aftermath of this tryd most things that should fix this error like updating both windows and drivers as well as reinstaling the game 2 times and it have not given any results.

Note this bug only seems to efeckt the ''sea of stars'' zones (the rest of the game works compleatly fine) as no other zone causes the error and both dungeons on there respecktive zones don't cause the error as well, its also worth noteing that this error never happened wen i played 6.4 and went to the moon.

Any suggestions what one could do to fix this or know whats causes it would be very mutch welcome.

I'm very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this crashing issue. For us to be able to properly assess the issue, could you confirm the following:

- Error messages (If any aside from the "Unexpected Error 17"):
- Type of connection (wired or wireless):
- Has this been a long on-going issue or has this only been occurring very recently:
- Frequency at which error occurs (If this occurs during specific hours, please provide the date(s), time and timezone):
- Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
- Does this crash occur on more than one character?
- Were any system updates, driver updates or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
- Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does the crash occur when alt-tabbing while in borderless or windowed mode?

We would also like to ask what other things you have tried so far to alleviate the issue:
