Help, Elaisse won't play triple triad with me!

Hi, i've resorted to the forum cos i can't find any other recent source that can help. I've read that you require to do all of the firmament quests + a couple others so i did all the quests i thought were pertinent but she still won't battle me.

There's the triple triad battle icon on the map but whenever i try to talk to her she just says: "Elde does not want Gerhardt as an enemy. I'll thank you to tell her as much, sir."

I've spoken to Elde but she doesn't say anything, except giving me the quest "By your bootstraps" which is a leatherworker quest.

Quest i've done:
Taking in the Sights, Heavensward, A Gentleman Falls Rather than Flies, The Paths We Walk, A Home in the Firmament, Turndown Service, From the Hoplon to the Brume, Cold Days Colder Nights, Caught in the Act, Unfulfilled Dreams
+ firmament quests
A gathering of gaelicats, of steam sweat and water, swords to plowshares, planting the seed, shadow over the orphanage, small hands big hearts, fashionable friendship, warm hands warm hearts + all the blue ones

Make sure that you don’t have any of the quests listed here opened (from leatherworker questline):
