I think it will revolve first around Dynamys versions of Bastok, Sandoria and Windurst mostly (maybe Jeuno too?). Since Dynamis is a huge thing in FFXI and also strongly tied to Endwalker. Then you have Sky (Ru'Aun Gardens, The Shrine of Ru'Avitau and Ve'Lugannon Palace), and Sea (Celestial Capital of Al'Taieu and, well, you know, the Zilart capital).

So there will be 3 raids: Dymanis capitals, Sky, and Sea.

It is appropriate though, given the Kindred exist in FFXIV already as generic Voidsent. Calling it now - this is going to involve the Void/Thirteenth again, with FFXI references; Shadowlord being another high ranking Voidsent leader like the Cloud of Darkness or Golbez (and even more appropriate, given FFXI itself was actually described by it's original designers as "everything they wanted to do with FFIII but couldn't due to the technical limitations of the time").

In other words, we're getting another Eden essentially. I so want to be proven wrong though!

I still feel it could potentially end up taking place in the Walk of Echoes (sky kinda has a similar colour). Maybe someone does a Shantotto, but instead with making an Atomos and instead of it going to a different shard, it goes to a different dimension entirely (a place where Atomos devours timelines).
