The difference is that I'm listening to the affected party's feelings on the matter and acknowledging their concerns (a foreign concept for you I know, but try to keep up here) while you on the other hand dismiss their valid feelings on the matter as non-issues because you're not an affected party.
These are not the same thing, but go ahead and continue to be obtuse.

You were calling someone who multiowns on Dynamis out of all places a bad actor who's actions are a detriment to others, so by saying that whose concerns were you validating exactly? The concerns of people who can't get a house on Dynamis because they don't know how to create a character and finish the tutorial quest? The difference is that I'm listening to the affected party's feelings on the matter and acknowledging their concerns (a foreign concept for you I know, but try to keep up here) while you on the other hand dismiss their valid feelings on the matter as non-issues because you're not an affected party.

You should at least inform yourself of who has a housing shortage before you start white knighting for them if you don't want to keep coming across as foolish and arrogant the way you have so far.
No regrets. We are ideologically opposed, there's no common ground here and no room for compromise. I do not believe multi-owners should be allowed to do what they do. It damages the entire community, and the only people who think differently are a part of the multi-owner echochamber themselves. I'm not exactly thrilled that so many of them have started stinking up the wards on Dynamis. You were calling someone who multiowns on Dynamis out of all places a bad actor who's actions are a detriment to others, so by saying that whose concerns were you validating exactly? You calling anyone else arrogant is laughable.

It's not that we're ideologically opposed, it's that you contradict yourself at every turn and can't decide if you should agree with me that some servers are not experiencing any kind of shortage due to multiowning.
So, as an EU player, am I outside the problem or not? If I am outside the problem, then it does not damage "the entire community" which I am a part of.

Shiva has 600+ houses of which 300 are private/unrestricted and that's the lowest number on EU. Other older servers have around 800-900 empty plots or more and that's been a stable number since July.
There are also some older NA servers which have now had more than one cycle with 0 bid personal houses (Sargatanas and Ultros to name a couple), so effectively it's a problem that only affects some older NA servers but not all of them. 6 more wards to every non-Dynamis NA server would be enough to satisfy the demand, I reckon.
