To me it's beyond crazy that we go to such lengths to attack each other over opinions about housing design when it's ultimately up to SE. They set the rules. The vast majority of players, even the multiple house owners, are playing within the rules.

There are changes coming, I'm guessing in 7.1. Let's see what happens.
I’m cautiously optimistic so far. Much as I’d like to see a fully instanced housing option added to the ward system (fingers crossed that Lifestyle Content 2.0 might be something close enough), my more “realistic” prediction is Housing Mirage to satisfy the size disparity alongside the planned item limit increases, another 6 wards added to each zone for a total of 36 (because that will fit without having to redesign the current UI lol) and a new residential district added, probably in Old Sharlayan. Maybe not all in 7.x though… but I think that’s the more conservative route to go: it’ll make things a little better, even though scarcity will still be an issue on some DCs. Guess it depends on how much they’re willing to innovate and break the old patterns. Housing Mirage and even IS give me some hope that at least someone involved wants to push things forward and do some real updates.
