Note that, you cannot use these Time Cards if:
You have the Entry level Subscription set, you must let it expire and select Standard to be able to use the code (this might be your issue).
Check you have selected Standard and not Entry level Subscription.

You can only use a Time Card that matches your SE account region, make sure yours is Euro region.
