I am giving away 3 mil gil to a sprout that
1) wants a small plot
2) doesn't have a house
3) can purchase a land (must be level 50 and second lieutenant rank in a grand company)

Why am I doing this?

I have personal reasons to want to help but the gist of it, without going into politics, I was recently rescued and given asylum in real life, and this is my way in giving something back, even if it's just in game.

I will try to make the gil to support spouts and their new homes every month.
