Constant rubber banding from in Garuda server

Hi!

I have been playing ffxiv for a few years and over the past few days, the rubber banding for my character on the Garuda server is pretty bad. When i attack an enemy, it would hit the enemy but there would be no damage. However, only after a few seconds would the damage suddenly appear. There would be terrible lag where my character would freeze and suddenly every one is moving away.

I have never experienced this before and would like to know what i can do to resolve this issue. The game is now unplayable and this is the first time i'm experiencing this over the few years i have been playing.

My internet connection has not changed and it has always been the same.

- Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?:
- What data center and server/world were you trying to connect to?:
- What is the ISP and what region/country are you connecting from?:
