Potential Diabolos Hollow bug

Last year, a friend sent me a clip of a stream in which, while fighting Diabolos Hollow in Dun Scaith, Diabolos Hollow uses "Hollow Camisado" and the tank evaporates despite being shielded and using cooldowns. At the time, I identified a damage over time that applies during the course of the footage that causes the tank to go from hurt to dead in the span of a second.

Said clip came back up yesterday while in voice chat with someone currently doing Dun Scaith, and they managed to notice the DoT randomly applying to their tank as well mid-fight and obliterating them as well.



Upon thinking about it further, I have no memory of Hollow Camisado applying a Flesh Wound, and looking up guides the only thing in the entire duty I can find that applies a Flesh Wound is Ferdiad Hollow's spinning scythes.

Maybe I'm just missing something, and hopefully someone will draw my attention to it if I am, but I wanted to draw attention to this bug on the offchance it's similar to the time ExDeath was bugged and killing entire parties instantly on one attack.

Steps:
1. Face Diabolos Hollow in Dun Scaith
2. Have Flesh Wound DoT applied to tank
3. Tank dies

Yeah, so this happened a while ago, and at the time I just chopped it up to.. dang, he really did Crit them.

But the cleansable DoT Flesh Wound he applied never struck me as odd--I thought maybe that was something I had to deal with as the healer. But there was literally no time, as you can see. It ticked right away and obliterated my partner, the tank.

After my friend mentioned the same thing happened to her yesterday, we decided to submit this bug report and see if it's actually a bug or not.
It seems like he doesn't always apply the Flesh Wound DoT when he does "Hollow Camisado". But boy when he does, it's mean.

Hopefully someone can figure this one out! RIP to all tanks who've died to this.

Yeah wow, that's super early in the fight too, so there's nothing else that could be happening. Very strange.
