Ffxiv house selling seems to be allowed in pf again

So for awhile the house sellers knew that posting in pf was a bad idea. Although not directly said, the amount houses sell for is against tos and the buyers/sellers know this. It's why it's all done off game.

Last 4 days tho I've seen a certain buying/selling site being listed.

So what is it. Are house sellers/buyers allowed to use pf or not lol. Like can't say one thing then show the general populace another.

Much as they don't wanna. Might need to make an official statement. Otherwise pf gonna get flooded with just more then venue ads lol

so yall complain that there's no houses available for everyone, which obviously SE refuses to fix, some people try to sell their houses to make a buck which indirectly helps people getting houses as they can just buy it off someone else instead of fighting agaisnt 400 people in a bidding cycle, they are leaving the server, quitting the game, or whatever their excuse is so they want to get some gil from it and you still complain

You can probably report for RMT, selling a house for gil is against TOS anyways so if they say or advertise it in client you can send it to a GM and they'll take care of it.

Even if it's just for gil, reselling plots and buying plots with the intent to resell is covered under the TOS as a violation. You can find it under the TOS section "Obstruction of play" under "Purchasing a plot of land with the intent to resell it".
Use them or don't but don't try to flip or make money off them.

Note that purchasing a plot of land with the intent to resell is not the same thing as deciding to resell later on. This is therefore rather difficult to prove, as people typically hold onto houses for a while before selling them regardless of intent. It's also quite common for those seeking to flip houses to decorate them first. Both of these things make it quite difficult for Square-Enix to determine intent, which is why the vast majority of these cases will see zero consequences.

Everyone here knows exactly where to go to buy and sell Houses, and it is not with Gil either.

This game is very profitable, and I don't just mean for Square-Enix.
