Not everywhere, it used to be kept to just Crystal as the default RP DC but with everyone piling to Aether these days it's spreading out.

Dyna's just the retirement center DC minding its own business and idk what Primal is doing these days.

These forums are largely populated by members of EU as well as the NA servers themselves. A good chunk of Balmung alone has a large EU population. The labels NA and EU are basically meaningless anymore. We're comrades regardless of where you belong.
