CACTPOT PRIZE DRAW (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES


KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to physical attendees of FFXIV Fan Festival (defined below), United Kingdom (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a legal guardian before participating in the Promotion.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between Saturday 21 October 2023 at 12:00 BST and Sunday 22 October 2023 at 19:00 BST (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

1. The Promotion is only open to attendees of the FINAL FANTASY XIV FAN FESTIVAL 2023 at ExCeL London on Saturday 21 October and Sunday 22 October 2023 (“FFXIV Fan Festival”); you must have a valid FFXIV Fan Festival ticket.
2. You will be given one (1) Cactpot Prize Draw Ticket (“Cactpot Ticket”) featuring a pre-assigned four (4)-digit entry number (“Entry Number”) on entry to Fan Festival (no purchase necessary).
3. There will be eleven (11) prize draws (“Draw”) throughout the Entry Period, currently planned for the following times (Sponsor may alter such times in its sole discretion):

21 October 2023	22 October 2023
12:00 BST 14:30 BST 15:00 BST 16:30 BST 18:00 BST 18:30 BST	12:00 BST 14:30 BST 15:00 BST 16:30 BST 18:00 BST

5. Immediately following each Draw, the winning Entry Numbers for the Draw will be displayed on a screen at the Cactpot kiosk at FFXIV Fan Festival (“Cactpot Kiosk”).
6. Winners must claim and collect their prizes from the Cactpot Kiosk before 19:00 BST on Sunday 22 October 2023 (“Deadline”) by showing their Cactpot Ticket with the drawn Entry Number. Failure by a winner to collect their Prize before the Deadline will result in such Prize being forfeited.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall randomly select seven (7) winners for each Draw through a computerized random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive only one (1) of the following prize(s), as allocated by Sponsor based on the order in which the winners’ Entry Numbers are drawn:

• a minion pattern soft pink cushion (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Tonberry soft cushion (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Fuath plush soft toy (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Nu Mou plush soft toy (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a set of Carbuncle furnitures (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Yukinko plush soft toy (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Happy bunny plush soft toy (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Golden Namazu Hand-Held Fan (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Motion Sensor Light Crystal (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Morbol plush soft toy (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Sabotender Solar figure (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Solar-Powered Trumpet Moogle Speaker (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Fat Chocobo USB Light (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Fat Cat USB Light (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Moogle Clock (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Korpokkur Soap Dispenser (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Fat Cat Sparkly Dome (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Namazu Bath Mat (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Porxie Minion Clip (approximate retail value of £ 13.99 GBP);
• a Topaz Carbuncle Lamp (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• a Spriggan Minion Clip (approximate retail value of £ 13.99 GBP);
• a Beaver Minion Clip (approximate retail value of £ 13.99 GBP);
• a Shark Cup (approximate retail value of £ 16.99 GBP);
• an Ultima Figure (approximate retail value of £ 209.99 GBP) and
• a set of the following items of peripheral equipment: (i) an Alienware Wired Gaming Headset (approximate retail value of £ 100 GBP); (ii) an Alienware Tenkeyless Gaming Keyboard (approximate retail value of £ 139.99 GBP); (iii) an Alienware Wireless Gaming Mouse (approximate retail value of £ 89.99 GBP).

For the avoidance of doubt, prize allocation shall be randomised and Winners shall not have the option to choose from the Prizes above.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) immediately following each Draw by displaying the winning Entry Number on a screen at the Cactpot Kiosk. Winners must claim and collect their prizes from the Cactpot Kiosk. Any Prizes not collected by the Deadline (defined in Section E(6) above) will be forfeited.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
