Personal player housing demolished after 6.5 dropped

My account has been active for months and I've entered my house several times in the last two months, yet my house has been demolished and my plot is vacant.

when you say "visit" did you just go to the plot or did you actually enter the house?

Did you go inside your house? It doesnt count if youre on the property outside the house.

dumb question.... i'm assuming you were the actual owner and not a tenant?

Correct. I bought it ages ago. It was me and one other tenant.

and just to make absolutely sure, you being the owner. you were not an alt character on the same account?

Correct. My character (Felliar Winters) placed the bid and won the house.

ok then i'm out of ideas because almost always it was that the person did not enter the actual house and it was not the actual owner/character that bought the property.

I have heard of things where the timer was not reset until they interacted with something in the house. I saw your post on reddit and you said you did not receive any auto-demolition emails. Double check your e-mail settings with your Square Enix account to make sure that you receive them on the correct e-mail address. Put a filter on your e-mail to make sure that they do not go to the spam or "promotions" folder in gmail.

Also to be actually accepted as in game bug I would suggest you re-edit your original post to include the full entirety of the bug report with the whole template filled out and the report posted that they ask you to run. You run the risk of your report not being accepted as it is currently in your original post.

I don't have access to that e-mail any longer. I tried to change my accounts e-mail to my current one, but the confirmation e-mail never sent. I have to wait 24 hours to try again today.

It'd be pretty weird they would send a demo e-mail after building in the house within the last two months.
