Solo content kills group content. When you have each person in your free company doing island sanctuary alone, instead of grouping up together for something, then you have less people doing group content. How can you not see that. We need more incentives to group up.
Do you really think Island Sanctuary is why your friends don't want to raid with you or something? If it wasn't in the game they might just go play something like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing. Removing it or not adding it altogether doesn't make people want to do the other stuff.Solo content kills group content. People should not be "incentivized" to play specific parts of the game. If they want to, they will. Stop trying to force people into specific content you want to play. Clearly they enjoy the solo content more.

One again missing the point by gaslighting. I'm not saying Island Sanctuary is the sole cause, but there is a LOT of emphasis on solo lately, and that should not be the thing the game puts itself on. It's one thing when its a catchup mechanic to make it easier when there are dead ques, its another when literally half of the content is going to solo casual stuff. It's time for systems that are mainly solo to get additions added that make them more group oriented. It would help out a lot. The solo journey can be the learning, and the group activities can be where the skills get put to use.Do you really think Island Sanctuary is why your friends don't want to raid with you or something? Lack of things to do when people don't want to interact with others doesn't force them into group content. It just makes them log out.Solo content kills group content. We already have incentive to group up - dungeons can be run much quicker with other players than with Duty Support, allowing more dungeons to be run and increasing the potential rewards earned per hour by a fair amount.
If some players are still choosing to do dungeons with Duty Support instead, chances are good it's because they have reasons they do not want to group with other players. It's doubtful that SE could create incentives that would get them to change their minds on those occasions.
If someone wanted to be doing group content, they can queue easily from Island Sanctuary while doing whatever it is they want to do there. It's not preventing them from engaging in group content if they want to.
Rather than trying to think of random incentives to get those players doing things solo to join group content, perhaps the better approach is to ask them why they are choosing solo over group and then address the issues they raise with their answers.
