An 800 item glamour dresser can store gear for a full 66 plates, and it's really closer to 70 because a lot of classes and jobs don't need the offhand slot. Even when we only had a 400 item glamour dresser we could still have completed 33 plates, 35 for most people.

We have 100 gearsets...just set the number of plates to 100 so there can be one for each gearset.
