It's time to add more wards to housing

"It's time to add instanced housing"

They added instanced housing back in Heavensward. It's called apartments.

What they need to do is improve and enhance instanced housing to make it more desireable. The mention of "housing mirage" during the patch note reading on the 2nd sounds promising when it comes to partially solving demand for medium and large houses. It would be nice if that also extended to apartments.
