FFXIV Crashing randomly and freezing in populate areas (kernel32.dll error message)

Hi, I've been getting this kind of errors far too often recently, basically makes the game unplayable. Crashes are not restricted to populated areas, same thing happens in duties and less populated areas. The game first freezes then pops up the error message. Sometimes it doesn't even pop up the message.

Sometimes it even pops up 6 errors at the same time. My main character is currently stuck in Limsa and can't move due to those crashes. Send help.

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Please try the following:
    - Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable). It appears that your GPU driver was last updated on [10/25/2022], at this time there should be an updated version.
    - Please try lowering the resolution.
    - Please try running the game as an administrator.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
    - Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (If Steam version, make sure game and Steam are installed on same drive)
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
    - Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and steam)
    - Verify installation files (Steam)

Thank you once again for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!

Disable Full Screen Optimizations. To disable this, please find the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" and right click it and select properties. Then under the compatibility tab there will be a check box labeled "Disable Full Screen Optimizations". Check it and click apply.

Open the Nvidia Control Panel and going to 'Manage 3D Settings'. From here, select 'Program Settings' and select Final Fantasy XIV. You should see an option to select the GPU. Make sure it's set to your dedicated graphics card (it may be set to 'Auto' by default)

Delete locally saved content ('Documents' > 'My Games' folder)
When the game is running, open the task manager, click the ‘Details Tab” Find the game and right click it. Select ‘Set Priority’ options to “High”

The GPU driver is older. You can download here the newest one:
    https://www.amd.com/en/support/graph.../radeon-rx-580

If it does not help then it will be difficult to track this error down, unfortunately. It can be literary everything.

    Cheers
