for the most part its seal rock and onsal that earns achievements like mounts and glamours those are the one people should aim to win, not only do get more seals for placing first or second, you way more series and job xp as well and they go kind of quick. Especially if you get a roll stomp team a lot the map can be completed in 10 minutes. the other map shattered is just garbage and its made to be drawn out time wise which sucks for frontline, But if you have friends that pvp, you can do premade and usually having a premade will help increase your chances of winning a frontline match.

CC causual is pretty quick and good for farming series.

CC ranked just don't do it if you are not going to play to win as you're wasting other's time there.
