Probably Crystaline Conflict. Especially Casual matches. They pop all through the day, matches end faster so you can get more games in per hour. I would opt for Frontlines if there is an achievement reward you want to earn alongside the series grind.

The daily Frontline roulette gives a nice boost (roughly 4 CC matches worth of exp for about 10 minutes of play) but after that you'll just want to spam CC.

Doing one daily frontline is less exhausting and gives a much larger boost of series exp compared to one CC match, often giving a whole rank in one match.

But if you are on the last day or two before patch, it's probably easier to farm CC.

It's also worth considering what PvP achievement rewards you still need, if you want them, because some of those want Frontline, Rival Wings or CC.

Crystalline Conflict. On average you can do 3 cc's per 1 frontlines. 3 cc losses is 2100 series exp versus 1500 for a frontlines win. That said, doing the frontlines daily is worth the time since they about doubled the series experience for it.

Edit: I personally do a daily frontline match and do a daily cc. Works out to a decent blend of not taking forever in real time while also not taking up a lot of in-game time.

FL roulette gives a lot of series exp.

During last months mogtome event i also found myself 20-odd series levels short of the reward i wanted. The FL roulette was worth 2600 series exp for loss. Might have been slightly more for 2nd place, and on the days we won it was higher still. Without the roulette bonus im sure that CC would be quicker, as for the mogtome event i would swap to rival wings after the roulette was over.

Do one frontlines roulette per day, and nothing else.
You'll get there.
And you will keep your sanity.

Anything else is torture for no good reason.

CC by far, if you can get huge strings of parties that lose in under three minutes.
