What's a good NA server to make a new character on?

I want to start fresh, any recommendations? I like to do high level stuff but also making friends and being social/having a community vibe is important too

Lots of life on Ultros/Primal DC.

Plenty of active guilds, RP events, Trains and hunts.

No path to 80 buff though, but probably shouldnt matter.

As for servers that are actually on NA data centers, I might suggest Gilgamesh or Leviathan. These servers will give you a strong base to work from if you're looking for high-end stuff, although cross-data center travel has made your home server/DC less important. You can really roll on just about any server at this point.

Literally any. It doesn't matter because there is cross-world party finder, cross-data center raid statics, world visiting and data center travel. That means your server is irrelevant for everything other than joining a Free Company. Try visiting different worlds to see which environment you like best, perhaps?
