Add a global chat to the game

Wouldn't mind a global chat. The game is way too quiet. Can always hide it if I feel antisocial. But then again we can't even have chat bubbles.

- FELLOWSHIP (I don't know why everyone forgets this feature) <--- 1,000 players limit

These chat are all administered by players, and this means RMT and toxic players can be removed PERMANENTLY, while you could do the same in a global chat.

im not sure the point ur making so u might need to enthesise that.

linkshells are limited to who own them, and the number of maximum allocated spaces. 200 is NOT enough if you want something more widespread. and if you dont know ppl in them youve basically no way into one
free company chat is literally just for you and ur fc, its isolating from the rest if the game, and because its run by players... theres allways drama or usurping
cross world linkshell same issues as LS. only now even worse clogging because its CW

I did read, but it's not like You spit something useless and overperformed by other features already ingame and everyone kneel to you and say

OH MIGHTY ONE YOU ARE RIGHT NO ONE HAS THOUGHT ABOUT A WORLD CHANNEL IN 10 YEARS YOU ARE BRILLIANT.

the fact is that only a bunch of sprouts could want that kind of chat, a chat that would be disabled from a lot of players, exactly how a lot of players disable /say and /shout when in a city.
Try to understand the tools we have, before asking for something USELESS.

omg you weebpolice are so damn annoying. u know most people blacklist you right? and omg what an eyesore..... and shit that last round with like 50 of you.. you DO realize you're making the game take longer to even freaking load in (going to limsa) for some people right? I wish the GM's would actually do something about you.

I don't think it's a good idea, I'd turn it off too. You have a lot of other options to interact with other players, a global chat would just be unnecessary and annoying in my opinion.

Maybe OP is one of the people that supposedly get paid to spam other people's venues.

Global Chat would be fine with me as long as it is something you can opt in or out of. Global Chat would 100% be plagued with Bots selling gil.

Opt in to. Make it off by default.
