DRK ability Unleash does not consume Blood Weapon

Steps:
1. Set job to Dark Knight
2. Go to a striking dummy or enter a duty (such as a dungeon)
3. Use Blood Weapon followed by Unleash
4. Blood Weapon stacks are not consumed but MP is restored

Can confirm it is not only on your character/server/DC.
Had the same thing happen on my character on Cerberus.
It doesn't appear to be level dependant either. Happens both at level 90 and 37 and in any area.
