1. Ps5 trophies Pal-less Palace and Heaven is a Lonely place for solo completion of the deep dungeons Palace of the Dead and Heaven on High respectively were added to the game on 10/3/23 patch 6.5 update.
2. These new ps5 trophies are associated with in game achievements Pal-less Palace III and Heaven is a Lonely Place II - they are named differently with a number on the in game achievement - and without a number for the associated ps5 trophy.
3. Player has previously completed these deep dungeons solo achievements prior to adding them as ps5 trophies on 6.5 10/3/23. Player has the corresponding in game achievements Pal-less Palace III and Heaven is a Lonely Place II along with in game titles and leaderboard position
3. Player cannot get the new ps5 trophies associated with these previously completed game achievements to unlock.
4. Historically - when other different PlayStation trophies had been added to the game that had been associated with in game achievements that had already been obtained - these trophies would automatically unlock when another playstation trophy was unlocked (it seems triggering any other trophy would usually run a check and it would catch any trophies that had already had unlock conditions met)-OR they would unlock by viewing and clicking on the associated achievement in the game’s achievement window. This is not working for the new deep dungeon ps5 trophies for Palace of the Dead and Heaven on High solo clears.
5. I’m afraid that these PlayStation trophies may be bugged since they show a 0.0% players earned rating although the solo deep dungeon leaderboards show many. I considered maybe completing these challenges again on a chance that may unlock the associated trophies but this is unknown to anyone in the community after asking around and others are experiencing the same issues I outlined in this bug report. We don’t know if the trophies are bugged - only that ps trophy page shows 0.0% players and are afraid and angry to take several days to attempt to test unlocking these trophies by reclearing the solo deep dungeons without knowing if it will work or not. I’m afraid more so - that since the in game achievements have already been completed - that I may no longer be able to fulfill the requirements to unlock the associated PlayStation trophies-because I’ve already received the associated in game achievement. It’s unclear. I’m also afraid that maybe since the ps5 trophies and the associated in game achievements are named differently it could be causing an issue.
6. I would like to have more information. I would like this to be looked into and receive communication regarding the matter whether the trophies are bugged or working as intended I would like to know how to proceed with unlocking the new ps5 trophies please. I saw that another person reported this issue and the bug report was placed in the insufficient information category. So I’m doing my best to describe my concerns with this issue in distinct detail.

man, sorry, but you're just wrong. this isn't how PS5 trophies are unlocked. you need to do the content again to get the achievement, like how if you have the 100 crafts achievement but not the trophy, you need to craft something again for it to register, i.e., you need to do the deep dungeons again. i would know because i play on PS5 too.

There's an easy fix for this. Add an NPC that exists to activate achievements incase they bugged.

The trophies do unlock after a reclear, I completed hoh again today to test . This is pretty frustrating tho.

Did you go and do it again solo? I wonder if it will accept a party clear if I already got the achievement..need to test this, I have so little interest in doing Palace again solo
