When the server will not be congestioned anymore?

hi o/ I have been waiting fot the 6.5 to be able to creat a new character in faerie (congestioned world) to roleplay whith my friends. I looked before and in some thread and said that they would probably allow new charcters after big pachs updates, then i waited almost 2 moths
Today i log in and discover that not only the world is still full but the other words (that was ok before) is also not allowing new charcters
I think is because the new pach (last big before downtrail) + expasion of the free trial + xbox new users
I know that, but does anyone knows when the servers will allow new charcters? When they will not be congestioned anymore?


ps: creating the charcter in a world and transfering later is not a option for me since im broke

at this point the only other times i believe that world congestion status will change could be 6.55 and then if not, then not until 7.0 launch.

so Early January 2024 and then Summer 2024.
