    Cant log in/start game on 12.6.9Mac, Fatal Directx Error

    Game was playing fine for a long time. Suddenly started acting weird and freezing. Then I'd get a "Fatal DirectX Error" whenever trying to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled game, same issue. Support on discord said to try the downgrade, so I did. Even tried vanilla first w/o dalamud. Downloaded game and all updates....same thing. Can't even play the game.

    Having the same issue. No fixes anywhere online including the forums have helped. I've found posts about it from as far back as 6 years ago and there is no response or fix actually made by SE other than the typical update drivers blah blah. Wish I could help but since the newest patch I've yet to be able to play as well.
