I wouldn’t say Geomancer could never happen, just that the game has established them through the lore in this world as a healer class, so that probably won’t be the new caster we’re getting in 7.0. Sure they can do whatever they want and slap a label on it, but I don’t see them going back and changing that storyline to do it.

I’ve never played a Green Mage… I think it could be interesting, though as others have said it probably won’t be exactly like the Green Mage from other games. I could see an elemental twist, ala Eureka. lol But I do think it’s likely Krile will take on whatever the new caster role is, because they said she was going to have a bigger role going forward.
