Why NOT a healer next?

Yes, I said healer.

ViVi had the power to make things "the way they should be", that says to me a buff and cure based healer.

With possibly access to all the hidden Allegan Secrets for combat magics.

We've been walking around with him as a minion for ages, eventually we just walk up to a spot, interact with it, and discover that he's restored himself and is behind us, offering us a soul stone that travels BACKWARDS in time.

We had that. It wasn't a limited job, but it was called Astrologian. Still in the game, but it just doesn't have haste, stop/slow and Disable like it used to. Astrologian is still a healer with rewind and space time magic. It's built on regens, and it's big heal, MacroCosmos is legit rewinding time to heal you based on the damage hp loss during the duration. It used to have Extend, haste for others (except just the caster, and a bunch of other things.). And it still has Gravity and space magic for offense. Delayed heals and everything.

I highly doubt they'd just make another job called Time Mage. Because, AST still has that class identity, of space and time healer, however stripped of what it used to be. The only thing missing is the Sugarloaf hat, which you can get in ARR. Dye it red and wear some white or blue dyed robes.

Don't like being overly negative, but frankly I don't think they should do another limited job.

Beast master would be a much stronger limited job because if the ability to interact with this games literally dead overworld. I cannot think what time mage could offer in terms of playable content and given you didn't post any it seams you cant either. Without some kind of foundation all you want is time mage at any cost.. but astro is already half timemage

why cant we just have them fix what jobs we already have... and stop feeding us "new jobs"

do you really want to do the same content again THAT badly? why not fix the jobs we have now, make them fun to play again.. and give us more current content, than add in a new shiney that will placate people into thinking they are doing "fun" things while grinding up their new job?

stop asking for fluff and ask for something worthwhile.
