Buttons on laucher dissapear after entering credentials

Unfortunately that seems to make it even worse, if I click on to the options or server status it won't even let me click back on it. This is behavior I don't get on the old launcher, that one has no issues but with the upcoming change to only the newer one it does create problems for me. I tried the whole restore game data option as well to no avail.

What version of the game are you using, Windows PC (from SE Store) or Steam, if you use Steam turn off the Overlay.

Maybe your system doesn't meet the requirements, what CPU/GPU do you have and is it a laptop or desktop?

windows from se store, desktop and requirements are fine. If I use the "old" launcher there is no issues , credentials get put in hit log in, it checks for patch and button changes to "play direct x 11" . It is only when I change to the new launcher layout that I have issues. On the newer layout I enter the credentials and hit log in and it just shows the blank area shown above. The button is still there and I can click it but nothing is there visually. I can't see patch progress and I can't see if it is ready for me to hit play, nothing else on the launcher is effecting , link to website still work, options etc.
