Now we pressure SE into making the roulette locked if you don't have a raid unlocked at a certain ilvl.. don't have Void ark and the others unlocked at 60 to bad.. you can't do Alliance roulette until you fix that. An so on an so on for each capstone level.. just like mentor or expert roulette
They can just make better incentives for clearing the higher level ones, I only got Crystal Tower 2 times during this tome event. Lots of Euphrosyne and Ivalice though.
