    The lack of MSQ qualifier on the alliance raid roulette concerns me. It's really easy to become over leveled just going through the game, and it's going to lock that roulette for a ton of players early.

    I'm assuming those are minimums, meaning you can't be a level 90 and wear iLvl 70 gear to get only CT. But I'm assuming for the roulette you can still get all of them if you outlevel/gear them.
