It's much clearer to send feedback to the devs and ask for "rewarding more decision making instead of just execution" in battle content, than to say "jobs have been dumbed down".

The latter can be misunderstood, and I'm prepared for the downvotes by saying this. The person reading a feedback that says "jobs have been dumbed down and are all the same" can easily misunderstand that the players want there to be more rewards and more challenges on execution. The natural outcome is that, it takes a while longer for rotations to be solved, but at the moment they are solved, the challenge is gone and the job feels "all the same" again.
