    Ehhhh who cares. If its random, that makes it more interesting, because you have to play to disadvantages, and advantages. I'm tired of people expecting to be perfect and optimal exactly as planned in every game mechanic. I want a sense of random challenge here and there. People who want the opposite ruin the game, and make everything get excessively streamlined.

    I don't think randomization for maps is terrible for casual, it works quite nice actually and I think its crazy it's still not like that.

    Just ranked won't be more interesting because of map randomization, its already up to chance with teams and the coordination between them, so having means of a guarantee that the map is enjoyable to play on is nice.

    I'd argue part of Ranked integrity should be being able to play on any map at any given time and learning how to play them with the job(s) you play equally. Like most other games.

    If map or job adjustments are needed for this because specific combinations of maps and jobs are bad or unplayable, chances are one and/or another were less well designed than intended.
