Queue as multiple roles.

I'd also love an option to just accept the queue and have the game automatically change me to the appropriate job while transitioning.

Lord knows how many queues I've missed because I was stuck in combat or in a cutscene.

The problem is we have multiple jobs per role - the game wouldn't know which to use if you had multiple unlocked.

I could also see the game just switching your weapon and job stone, leaving everyone naked at the entrance.
