Once again, the concerns are being directed at the present day situation in FFXIV.
Nobody is commenting on expansion releases. Those of us who experienced WoW patch timelines back in the day are commiserating about the length and how it may have affected our ability to be content with longer patch timelines. XIV's have never bothered me because I experienced both WoW and EverQuest patch timelines.
