Criterion Savage is absolutely harder than p8s/p12s. 20 minute near savage difficulty set of fights and mobs where you can't die unless at the very very end? No way does p8s or p12s match that lmao
Well we're kinda sorta getting a small expansion by way of the Mog Station items becoming armoire-able. It's dependent on how many of those items are currently in your glamour dresser of course, but it's still going to free up at least a few spaces for a lot of people.
Honestly the 1st time I laid eyes on that UFO beaming the lalafell in one of those goofy Hildibrand outro scenes, I knew instantly it was made like that to serve as a mount too lol.
The Glamour looks 0815, PvP again only CC and nothing for FL, then KFC collab .... Fall Guys collab ... seems like SE is jumping on every Train now.
That's gonna be an issue for me... many of the Mogstation items I own are stored in the dresser dyed in expensive colors like Pure White or Ruby Red, so I don't have to keep buying those. IIRC the armoire won't let you store dyed items.
The people who can't do savage criterion don't need the gear lol, this is for people who actually raid and use their high ilvl gearPutting the increased rewards into the SAVAGE mode of criterion is a huge mistake imo. They should have just thrown twine/coatings into regular Criterion shop to entice more midcore/casual players to push themselves and complete it. Savage is just too far out of reach for most players.
Then you should get rid of the upgrade items from doing Hunt trains too ;P
Getting upgrade tokens already in Criterion Normal (not Variant the Story Mode) wouldnt harm anybody. It would be just a another option for people who dont want to waste their time with 7 other douchbags on the PF.
A cloud server is scalable. So let's say at the expansion launch they reach the maximum capacity. A cloud server uses virtual machines that can scale it to cope with the extra demand or add new virtual server machines, just like that. The virtual machines stretch across as many machines as needed on much bigger data centers hosted by places like Amazon and Google.
Currently this is not possible, because they have physical server racks like this
They can't add or reduce these without actually taking the servers down and adjusting the racks and it takes time to physically receive the hardware and due to covid and the semiconductor shortage, nobody was selling what they needed.
Whereas somewhere like Amazon would have hundreds of times this many racks and allow a virtual server to scale up and down across them as needed. The drawback is it being slower.
In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."
