I'll talk about rotation changes on my next comment. No, I don't have anything better to do.
Party buff changes:
Brotherhood and Arcane Circle now do not grant damage or crit increases to the party. They are now just resource generators for the monk/reaper.
Trick attack and mug are reverted to how they worked pre 6.1.
AST's cards- Draw has one charge on a 30 sec CD. No CD if used outside of combat. Each card grants all party members in range a 12 second 3% damage buff. Additionally, each card has an extra effect on its primary target:
Ewer- MP regen,
Bole- barrier,
Spire- HoT,
Balance- 100% chance to take zero damage from next instance of damage.
Spear- Increases range of all that party member's attacks by 5 yalms.,
Arrow- Movement speed boost.
Bard's songs now last 30 seconds and do not require a target. Battle voice's CD is 90 seconds radiant finale are unchanged.
Dancer's standard and tech step are unchanged, aside from some potency changes.
All party buffs not mentioned are completely removed.
Tanks:
Reduce their defense so they actually have to use cooldowns and feel like tanks instead of invincible melee dps.
WAR:
Raw intuition now costs 20 beast gauge. RI becomes bloodwhetting when at or below 50% HP, costs no beast gauge.
Deliverance stance is back: Your attacks in deliverance have a slightly increased crit chance.
Any damage you deal in defiance heals you for 5% of the damage you deal.
Unchained: 60 sec cooldown. Grants you the increased critical strike chance of deliverance. Can only be used in defiance. Lasts 15 seconds.
Overpower is a cone.
Fell cleave grants a defense buff.
Upheaval and orogeny are merged. It now costs 20 beast gauge.
Onslaught now deals zero damage.
Inner release is back on a 90 second CD.
Primal rend is activated both when using inner release AND any time after you've spent 200 beast gauge. BG needed to use primal rend is displayed on PR's icon or the BG itself.
DRK:
Delirium is removed
Soul survivor is back 120 sec CD. Debuffs target, if target is killed before it expires, 50% of your HP and MP is restored. If not, 25% is restored. Lasts 12 seconds.
AoE combos are now weaponskills.
Abyssal Drain works as it did in ShB.
Old scourge is back- 1min CD. Lasts 20 seconds. Any damage dealt to enemies hit by scourge restores MP.
Old Delirium combo is back (hard slash - spinning slash - delirium). SS causes your next six GCD's to generate 10 extra blood gauge per attack, delirium buffs your next mitigation by 10%, stacks twice. Note, this will apply to TBN, but TBN will still grant a free flood/edge if the unbuffed amount of the barrier is consumed.
Bloodspiller has a 50% chance to grant 3 extra charges of spinning slash.
Shadowbringer keeps esteem out for 10 extra seconds, is on the GCD, doesn't break a combo, and consumes 20 seconds of darkside.
To clarify, the combos interact with each other like on MNK so you can do 1-4-5 or 1-2-5 etc.

Or just pick a direction to go with DRK and stick with it. Right now it has less of a design and more of a temporary stop gap to make it functional. Thankfully, out of the three roles tanks are the ones that are the best mix of combat actions and passives.

- a trait that augments thundercloud procs when used under umbral ice to grant a portion of mp and makes the next non-fire spell you use grant the same amount of mp - ideally so that the combined mana you would get from those 2 gcds and a mana tick would be enough to get back to full mana.
- adjustment to umbral soul so that upon reaching 3 stacks of umbral, hearts and a paradox stack the timer freezes
- adjustment to manaward so that it deals a portion of the damage it blocks back to the enemy. 2 charges.
- a new personal dps buff that functions like HW Enochian with diminishing returns on the timer refresh but that doesn't lock you out of using F4/B4 - maybe keeping this going for x amount of time unlocks a new high potency nuke that uses both charges of polyglot.
- Astral Fire paradox changed to insta-cast to create more weaving opportunities [especially if I got my wish for thundercloud procs]

2 Elusive recharges.
Dragon Sight tether visual back.
Dragon Sight grants the DRG a Firstmind's Focus.
20 seconds for Litany.
Raiden Thrust only available if you land one 5th combo.
Lower the recast timer for Wyrmwind and Stardiver to 2.5 seconds, just make Stardiver a hidden resource to get around this without having to affect anything.
A 3rd Firstmind's Focus gauge point.
Allow Mirage Dive to be used without a target at the loss of it's potency.
A defensive that grants a Firstmind's Focus point when you are hit.
A oGCD combo for Wyrmwind Thrust separate to the main GCD combo.
Piercing Talon resets the CD of Elusive Jump.
I'm not sure I agree with this. Dark Knight does have some unique benefits and identity to it that the other tanks don't
Its the only tank that mits uniquely, its not just pressing rampart + Overtuned lv 82 button, and its reliance on shorter cd mits of weaker power allow it to mit in ways that end up feeling more effective than the other jobs can.
Its the only tank that has a unique AOE game that isn't spam circle aoe. Switching between circles, lines, ranged circles, salted earth and living shadow feels more fun to me than press aoe in center of mob.
Its the only tank that operates on a 2m burst rather than a 1m one. GNB's Bloodfest is the only thing that comes close to this but it doesn't really compare.
I think the biggest issue DRK has right now is that outside of bursts it doesn't feel all that eventful, I honestly think it has a more defined identity than a tank like WAR does, who's entire gameplan has basically been 100% stagnant since Fell Cleave came out, and they compensate this by adding 50 lines of additional effect text to every skill to try and make it feel like it does more.
Not saying the job doesn't need help, but I've never agreed with the idea that Dark Knight doesn't have an identity right now. Its just an identity that needs to be fine tuned and pushed further honestly, and I'd rather see that then trying to bring back heavensward jank for the sake of it.
