What if leylines had permanent duration

Just like Dance Partner, once you use the spell it's there for the rest of the fight. The reuse will just change the position of the leylines. Would this make BLM broken? Easier? Better? Worse? What do you think?

At that point just remove the spell and make it a permanent innate boost.
