    Could we get an indication sound/visual when we succesfully land a positional?

    At present the only way you would know if you got a positional correct is if you are parsing or starring at then numbers. I think it would be a great addition to add a sound effect or visual effect when you get a positional correct; similar to the sound effect when Bloodbath gives you health regen. Also make it optional in case anyone doesn't want it.

    Whoa, visual/audio feedback from a video game? Insanity.
    But yeah, I've wanted this for years as well. Same with a similar effect on shields when they break, sort of like how RPR's shield does the glass-crunching noise, but for all shields. Little changes like these would make combat actually feel impactful.

    I want to bring up the fact that in Shadowbringers, positionals did have clearer feedback (at least comparatively to Endwalker) for when they've successfully landed as every melee DPS bar NIN had something tied to it. MNK had a crit tied to Bootshine's positional, DRG had old Raiden Thrust and SAM had giving extra Kenki rather than flat potency. could they be clearer still? yes, but I don't see the harm in returning these features either.

    Technically there an audio queue it’s just very faint. On SAM if u fail a positional kasha and gekko sound flat? And if you meet the req they sound like sharpish can hear it on NIN too MNK and others I’ve actually never listened out for, it is quite faint though they could just turn it up lol

    The base idea of more combat sound is a good idea, especially on positionnal. I only wish that wouldn't be too overwhelming in the ears.

    Still, I vouch for that !

    Green combat numbers or something could be a way to do it without being overwhelming. If the positional landed it just says chaos thrust 20 entire damage or whatever

    Bonus if the special color is something you can select, assuming of course this feature were added/improved as something you could toggle on/off.

    The other alternative is to put the visual indicator on the targeting circle, such that the flank/rear zone flashes when you land the positional correctly. If the boss has a full circle target that accepts positionals automatically, then the circle just lights up. A sound indicator could be nice as well, but it may be intrusive when superimposed on the baseline job sound effects.

    It would be good for newer players as well, because it reinforces proper play.
