First two are great men, and frankly I wish we would've seen more of them. Sure Gosetsu shows up in some quests and he's bald (great tbh) but they both deserve more and better.
And Zenos.. well I don't hate him at all, but if he's going to die, well he really needs to die for good. I really do not want to see him again.

Bang - Ranaa Mihgo - pure stunning, wonderful outfit, but doesn't seem the sort to stay in one place for very long
kinda wanted to say Nashu Mhakaracca/bombcat.... but as attractive as she is, she's a total bonehead, pretty much worships a complete moron, and would probably work a bomb into the whole thing somehow! Also has her own personal stalker, which is actually kinda creepy (not to mention inappropriate really).

Marry - Sadu. Agree with the OP; total wife material!

Kill - Valens. Arguably the most objectively evil character in the game - didn't even have any sort of backstory that attempted to address why he was such a POS. Would revive him, repeatedly, just to find new and interesting ways to kill him.
Asahi is a good choice (as per others) though

Hmmm do different versions of a person count as a separate entity? As I'm sure there would be people who'd want to bang or merry the Exarch or even pre ShB G'raha but would definitely want to kill post 5.3 G'raha. Same with Hermes or Emet. Anyway

Bang: Erenville cause he's hot duh. Also the guy probably has some toned muscles as he was being in charge of procuring various wildlife. Either that or Sidurgu cause he needs some cuddles.

Merry: Artoirel cause he seems as though he wouldn't run House Fortemps into the ground. Though I'm not sure how into interspecies relationships he is. Otherwise Francel even if he's kinda too baby faced for me. Guy has a really good head on his shoulders and unlike Stephanivien who might be more attractive didn't bring home and adopt an Allagan robot.

Kill: Ser Charibert cause the guy was Valens before Valens. Or Ser Zephirin cause he put a hole through Haurchefant.

I did my best to not go with obvious choices for me.
