    They're highly unlikely to block shared IP's or accounts that share billing information in an era where it isn't at all uncommon for people to play games together whilst living under the same roof.

    I wonder what the forums think of that South Korea "citizen identification number" that is required then. Or one phone number per account many studios have in place.

    Also the restrictions mentioned would only be active for sanctioning or same-thread use.

    That and the fact the IP could be a VPN that's used by thousands of people or the IP could belong to a public internet cafe. Can't just ban the entire cafe, lol. A slightly more effective method would be banning by hardware ID, but then again that raises the problem of a single PC used by many different people. Even then, hardware ID bans can be easily bypassed.

    Lot of people in here seem to be unnecessarily awfully afraid of IP tracking.

    Pretty sure that one would come packaged with an anti-cheat. This game does need an anti-cheat badly. I'm sure we've all seen the videos of someone going around speedhacking PvP for months on end.
