In this age of social media, it's impossible to silence feedback. All you need to do is hop onto TikTok, Twitter X, Instagram, etc. and let it all out.

Considering how many companies have at least one employee if not a team of employees focused on social media communication, it's obvious how important they feel social media is compared to other avenues of communication that they don't seem to interact with.

My answer: No. This is their game, and we are free to enjoy it, or not. Constructive criticism is all well and good. It has led to numerous Quality-of-Life improvements over the last ten years.

Demanding an apology when suggestions are ignored is pettiness.
