Stop Copy-Paste Replies

Normally I think this website is a great resource and tool for getting help with the game glitches and whatnot. However after today I'm a little disappointed in the staff.

As seen in this thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/49028-I-Lost-LS-Leader-Status it is clear that the issue is about not having a linkshell leader within the linkshell (relatively common glitch).

When we get to the last post, we see a moderator that says the following:

Thank you for posting your concerns about these two items not having the same Defense stat as the base item. I have made sure to submit all of your information to the development team, and they will thoroughly investigate this matter, based on your report. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on this thread, but I do recommend checking Here or Here for any details regarding the development team's investigation. Thanks again for your report!

This is unrelated and a clear copy-paste mishap. I suggest that the moderators limit their copy-paste practices to prevent this from happening in the future. Yes, it means more work but it also means a more appreciative gaming community (which is very important for this game right now).

Hello Marta,

Thank you so much for pointing out this issue to us. I will touch bases with my staff to ensure that they are more careful when adding comments.

As for the copy/paste replies, I will see what we can do to make the replies more personal and have us use less templates. I hope you understand we do use some templates to ensure that we are addressing our customers in a "fitting" manner; we do not want a rogue Mod to start posting improper comments, so that is the reasoning behind templates, but I definitely see your point and I will be sure to bring this up.

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it! I do understand that there are certain templates to be used for each situation and they're (usually) used very effectively. Thanks for seeing my point and seeing what you can do!
