The Endsinger battle can end before the Scions finish their buffs. It takes the wind out of the sails of the fight that is supposed to be the culmination of almost 10 years of story.

If the ilvl were synced down to 560 or if the boss became invulnerable after the phase with adds, I believe that could help solve the problem I am seeing.
