Strength: use searph when you run in for protean/ use expedient when you dodge the protean (2-3 seconds after you dodge). Pop the first searph heal when you dodge the second after the tower soaks so you can give free shields. Pop fey illumination as well right when you dodge+whispering dawn

SANCTITY: use spreadlo after the 2nd hit of the heel buster. Precast a succor as he jumps on you and that's enough. Save whispering dawn for regen heals and 1 succor middle or emergency tactics for the meteors

For transition use spreadlo only. DISSIPATE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE


P3 mit: use 1 soil when you see gnash and lash cast/ fey illumination and or searph (prefer fey first but u should have.both) use 1 searph for shields or wait until the stack goes off. Use another searph when the 2 towers drop and get soaked. Use expedient when you see gnash and lash (the 2nd time) you can soil again if you want for safety but you should only ever need 1 soil for first stack. Expedient and shields is enough. Put protracton on tank mitting buster and if you're safety gaming you can excog tank who has niddhog. *at the end of p4 spreadlo for bleed asap*

P4 mit as bleed goes off use whispering dawn +fey illumination when bleed goes away use searph as well right after and give 1 shield with searph (or succor). After the orbs are popped use indom and another searph for shields for the next 4 dives. Since you usually med 2 before dives if you wanna succor you can for extra shields or succor after the 2nd dive
After the 1st dive goes off you Pop fey blessing than DISSIPATE (wait for the heals from fey blessing to activate).

For soil usage u can either soil after the 1st dive to.
catch the next 3 dives or after the 2nd dive and catch.the next 2+ raidwide your choice.
After the last dive use indom and Give protracton to one of the last dived people. Succor if you want.

For rewind this is very important!!!! You pop rectation off CD and you do 1st gcd dot then you put a crit adlo on the melee (always prio dragoon>sam>rpr>monk>ninja) and spreadlo off of them!!!!! After you chain and you can use the 2-3 Ed's or save them after you get hit Pop expedient after melee get hit use soil and whispering dawn. Save fey blessing for raidwide also save 1-2 lustrates (if you have a astro) If whm save 1 just incase or indom. You shouldn't have to succor cuz of the spreadlo but in case do 1 if safety gaming.


P5: For wrath you wanna spreadlo as soon cast goes off. And Pop searph when you get to ur spot use 1 searph to heal everyone shield and use another searph+whispering dawn and fey for shields for the quaga you can also succor but up to you.
