If you're really interested in finding a MMORPG that conforms to your idea of what the world should be, try Steam or google. It's going to require an indie developer, not a mainstream title from a Triple A studio/publisher that is publicly owned. Investors are not going to see what you're seeking as a good investment opportunity.
Or just play PSO2, plenty of goth looking stuff there (don't know the current status on the NA servers).

Guess my reply to the OP was too much for them that it got deleted. Eh oh well.
I agree actually. NOT!!! To the IMVU thing, not at all-but there is a big lack in darker aesthetic attire. Vampires, Victorian era, Edwardian era, etc-these are all very common in the world of fantasy as well. Just as there are the more Taverny outfits that we're all used to like the Riviera clothes, more sets that ultimately just resemble some of the Eden outfits absolutely would not hurt at all, and would be especially more useful around Halloween too, for like Halloween get together/ball occasions, whatever players may come up with. It's not like some of the dungeons themselves don't also feed into that, with the waltz dancing in the castle'esque one or the Manor.
For those like me who had both a Scene and a Visual Kei phase, we know that Japan has their very own versions of these attires too; like Ouji/EGL fashion, etc.
Someone said something along the lines of, 'well but it would look like a sex doll' and to that I say, only if you're heavily addicted and belong on a list-so with that out of the way, I absolutely agree that these styles would actually benefit a lot of players, do fit into the game, and further add to the overall fantasy aesthetic. But not the IMVU versions-we're not looking for like, modern clothes here. I think the idea shouldnt exactly be Hottopic, but more like, Dairy of a Vampire with Brad Pitt. Victorian eras fit just fine.

idk how much it helps, but the female healer Garo set looks nice!
