He says that SE needs to add more high difficulty content that not everyone can complete.
Which, I disagree with again, like most of these content creators that get posted here. I don't think adding more high end content for raiders is going to "save" the game just like I don't think adding more eurekas will "save" the game.
I do think that he's biased because he's pretty much exclusively a raider and always has been in that niche. So of course all the feedback he has is related to that perspective and of course he's going to ask for more stuff that he likes and is good for his content.
When casual players can't complete something they watch a streamer play it, and guess what niche he fills.

I will give him though he is at least mostly honest about where he comes from and why he wants these things but it doesn't really change that he's not really in touch with or has an accurate read on what the majority of the playerbase wants, or at least the casual/midcore side.
It's at least more honest and less out of touch than Happy or Arthars saying that savage is casual/midcore content unless you're a week 1 player.
