Apparently Variant and Criterion is fun and new but died in less than a week, everyone arguing about whats fun or not but at the end is all about personal perspective but is better to have the option instead of just dropping them, imagine VC dungeons just randomly disappear from the game i really doubt would make a huge impact in the game, but go ahead delete bozja/zadnor/eureka and im sure alot of people wont be happy because that content remain more active than VC or anything EW released, Delubrum in pf shows up way more than criterion, Bozja gives you objectives and rewards gives you something to work for and to actually pay attention to the fights, Bozja relics revamped old content, made pf more alive and even gave an excuse to use BLU that for me made the grind way more fun, some of the grinds were obnoxious (Delubrum grind specially) but with some fixes here and there could have been a good content better than just capping tomes, why do we need content when there is already good ideas in FF, they have BLU, they have the old relics systems (ARR,HW,SB,SHB) they have instance areas that are useful for whatever you wanna do either be glams leveling relics or midcore raids and fights. Xenos has good points too there is no reasons to do alliance raids or Extremes even if you are a dedicated casual you will only get a coin to get a twine or shine once per week like wtf? (If you are a raider you literally have no reason to do it more than once cuz you probably already have better gear); why not being more innovative with the rewards in those contents? Why casuals cant get BiS from alliance or Variant dungeons, why gatekeep people, Bozja had gear too that was 5 levels under BiS wich was good enough was a good reward better than capping tomes for tome gear. In EW i became a savage raider and i reached the point that i only raid log and its depressing, im not burn out on FF i wanna play FF but the game has nothing to offer nothing to look forward to, no rewards to work for, the best content in FF right now is old content, i would rather go back to my casual player days in shb cuz i had way more fun than a raider in EW.

Fun or not doesn't mean anything at all if it doesn't have replayability, rewards, sense of progress and satisfaction at the end of it. EW had nothing of that everything in EW is numb content that you can basically do blindfold and gets boring after a couple days.
