Yes, you can use that with the Steam version.

As long as your SE Account is Europe and Other regions, it will not work with a North American or Japanese region SE Account.

However, you can also use Steam Payment if you want to use your Steam Wallet to pay for the Subscription.

One thing to note though, is that the 60-Day card you link above is for the Standard Subscription, if you have Entry set you'll need to let it expire before you can use the card.
