    Large House demolished despite entering

My large house was demolished, despite me entering the house to stop the demolition. You can clearly see in the picture here ( https://i.imgur.com/DdfH8LC.png ) several emails about my house demolition notice from varying dates, because i always resubscribe to the game after i get the notice.
So yes i know how to abort the demolition process, i know you have to get inside the instance of the estate.

As you can see here ( https://i.imgur.com/ELXpt3P.png ) the demolition was set for 20th of august, i bought gametime on the 19th of august to login and enter my house ( https://i.imgur.com/8jbuYQP.png ). Today i noticed that my house is gone, despite me having logged on and entered the house before the demolition, i didnt even get a confirmation that my house was demolished.

Since this was clearly a system error, i would like to get my estate back.

I only get automated emails from customer support, and i dont know who else to contact.

That's not proof you entered your house. it's only proof that you resubbed.

You have to do more than just enter the house - you need to interact with some element of it too (i.e place/move a piece of furniture or talk to a service NPC etc).

Obviously. If i had proof that i entered the house, i would have provided it. Unless you can teach me how to travel a month back in time and tell me that its a necessity i record my interaction, its not possible to show that i entered the house. The best proof i can provide that i entered the house is my previous emails about stopping the demolition, since ive done it before and i know how to do it, and i specifically resubbed at that date to stop the demolition.

I dont know where you get this information from but that is neither helpful to my problem nor is it factually correct. You do NOT require to interact with anything, you just need to enter the estate. Ive stopped the demolition before without touching anything in my house. This is a direct quote from the email:

    "■Deactivating Automatic Demolition
Preparations for the automatic demolition will be deactivated if at least one member of a free company accesses the free company estate, or if the owner of a private estate enters their house at least once before the demolition date.
To confirm whether the automatic demolition status has been removed, please go to the “Timers” interface section in-game. If the “Preparing for automatic demolition” status has disappeared, this will indicate that the deactivation was successful.

*Please note that the automatic demolition process will not be deactivated if a tenant enters a private estate, using the shared estate feature, instead of the actual owner."

Furthermore whether there is a "hidden clause" to touch and interact would be irrelevant either way, since i did use my bell to summon my retainers inside the house.

    No, that is not needed.
There are claims that there is a bug such that sometimes you need to interact with something inside the house to make the system notice that you have entered, but that is not how it is supposed to work, and normally it is not needed either.

Apologies in that case; I've heard those claims so frequently that I assumed they were par the course.

The proof you need is in your character's chat log.

You see, once you login after receiving that warning about demolition pending, you must then enter the interior of the estate to deactivate the demolition process.
Once you enter the house, so you are inside, a system message will be displayed in your chat log telling you that, you have successfully stopped the demolition process.

If you entered the house, you'd not be able to not notice the system message, prompting you to take a screenshot for proof it was deactivated.
Even if you didn't take a screenshot, the GM investigating your report will go check your characters activity log to confirm you entered the estate or not.

I don't know why you only login to keep the house, if you don't play, but in any case, why would you not take screenshots of the demolition cancelled message, so you have that assurance the sub money wasn't wasted and you can prove something like a bug exists.

They will not return your lost plot in any case.
They can't, it is not possible to do so.

I would go to the Resident Caretaker NPC in the area you had that house and collect your items and 80% of the Gil from your purchase price.
If you decide to try for another house, don't know why though if you don't actively play content, be sure to screenshot the demolition cancelation messages.

Obviously... You get a notification when you enter your house that the house is no longer considered abandoned. Don't play chicken with SE and auto-demo if you ever get a house (that you don't use) next time.

Oddly, it does seem to be for some people. The best guess is lag is involved for them, but nobody is actually sure.
